APP NAVIGATION AND USAGE POLICY
Our App respects your privacy rights and recognizes the importance of protecting your personal data. This Policy broadly describes the practices we have adopted. This page describes how we operate the application (“the App”) with respect to the processing of personal data of users who use it. The processing is always based on principles of lawfulness and fairness in compliance with all applicable regulations, including international ones, and appropriate security measures are taken to protect the data. With this notice, drafted pursuant to Art. 13 European Reg. 679/2016 (“General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”, BR-Digital S.r.l.s. intends to inform each user (“the User”) about the processing of data collected through the App. The Notice is also provided pursuant to Recommendation No. 2/2001 adopted by the Working Party established by Article 29 of Directive No. 95/46/EC. to those who interact with the web services of this App, for the purpose of the protection of personal data, accessible electronically from the address: by using any of our services and/or accepting this Notice, you consent to the collection and use of Personal Information as described in this Notice. This Notice broadly describes our practices.

1) Personal Information We Collect.
Our App is intended for an audience of children and their parents and has therefore been designed in such a way as to ensure its use without the request of personal information, as there is no form of registration or request for e-mail address, name and/or request for access to the photo and/or video gallery, microphone, etc.
On each occasion of contact or interaction with the visitor we may collect some anonymous information such as:
– usage of the various sections (e.g., time of use)
– preferences on game activities (e.g., which hat or animal they like best).
The only anonymous data collected is about the usage time of the various sections of the App and preferences on game activities, player behaviors when using the App.

2) Information we collect from third parties.
During browsing, standard login information and details of visitor behavior patterns are collected to obtain information such as, for example, the number of visitors to different sections of the App. We collect this information in ways that do not identify the individual. We do not attempt in any way to discover the identity of visitors to our App, and we do not associate any data collected through the App with any information, derived from any source, that could identify an individual.

3) Purpose and legal basis for processing
Data are processed for the following purposes:
– the monitoring of activities on the App by users and the improvement of the service and gaming experience within the App.
The legal basis for the processing is consent, pursuant to Article 6.1(b) GDPR.

3/1 Additional purposes
The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this App acquire, in the course of their normal operation some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the users who connect to the App , the addresses in URI (Uniform resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error….) and other parameters relating to the User’s operating system and computer environment.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the App and to check its proper functioning and are deleted immediately after processing.
The data could, likewise, be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the App.

4) IDENTITY OF THE DATA CONTROLLER
This App is managed by the Data Controller, identified in the person of the owner and legal representative of BR-Digital S.r.l.s. , via Aica 25C, 39019 Tirolo (BZ) Italy, mail privacy@br-digital.it .
The Data Controller guarantees their security, confidentiality and protection at any stage of the data processing process.
The collected data are used in compliance with the current privacy legislation (GDPR 679/2016).

5) PLACE OF PROCESSING
Data will be processed by the data controller at its registered office and operational headquarters.

6) NATURE OF DATA PROVISION
The data are processed for sending commercial and promotional information.

7) REFUSAL TO PROVIDE DATA
The data subject may refuse to provide the Data Controller with his/her browsing data.
To do so, he/she must disable it by following the instructions provided by the browser in use.
Disabling cookies may worsen the navigation of the functionality of the App.

8) RECIPIENTS OF DATA
No data resulting from the web service (data therefore navigation data specified above and cookies) is communicated or disseminated (except for communication to judicial or police bodies if necessary).
The data are processed by personnel Specially assigned in writing to the processing of data (administrative staff and public relations staff also external to the Company, information systems management staff also external to the Company who may also perform functions of system administrator and are in that case appointed as such, marketing staff also external to the Company, interns, data processors and their collaborators, persons in charge of the specific sector to which a request is addressed, App management staff also external to the Company) only if the processing is necessary for the performance of their duties by performing only those operations necessary for the performance of those duties.
They may also be processed by data processors (also companies external to the Company that perform shipping, marketing, and server management and storage).
External companies may also process data through specially appointed appointees in writing who may perform the same activities and process data for the same purposes, for which the data processors have been appointed by BR-Digital S.r.l.s. , via Aica 25C, 39019 Tirolo (BZ) Italy, mail privacy@br-digital.it .
The data provided by the User may be disclosed to parties for whom there is an obligation to disclose in accordance with the law or a need for disclosure in order to enforce a just right of the company before the appropriate bodies;

9) RETENTION TIMES
The Data are processed for the time necessary to perform the service requested by the User, or required by the purposes described in this document.
The User may always, at any time, request the interruption of the Processing or the cancellation and/or limitation of the Data.

10) DATA TRANSFER
The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations.

11) WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
With reference to Article 6 of GDPR 679/16, the data subject may revoke consent at any time.

12) RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS.

13) PROPOSITION OF COMPLAINT
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the state of residence.

14) AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES
The Data Controller does not carry out any processing that consists of automated decision-making processes

17) CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
The Data Controller reserves the right to MAKE changes to this privacy policy at any time by giving notice to Users on this page. Therefore, please consult this page often, taking as reference the date of last modification indicated at the bottom. In case of non-acceptance of the changes Made to this privacy policy, the User must cease using this Application and may request the Data Controller to remove his/her Personal Data. Except as otherwise specified.

The Data Controller is responsible for this privacy policy.

19) DEFENSE IN COURT
The User’s Personal Information may be used for the defense by the Owner in court or in the stages preparatory to its possible establishment, from abuse in the use of the same or related services by the User.
Following a subpoena, court order or other legal initiative; in order to establish or exercise the rights granted to us by law; to defend us in the event of legal action against us or for other purposes dictated by law.
You declare that you are aware that the Data Controller may be required to disclose the Data at the request of public authorities.
